
Upon closer inspection to the player was running poison rounds in the gun. The first clip shows someone sliding up to an enemy soldier at point-blank range and unload around 20 bullets from an automatic pistol into them before dying.

And by making the game slower, that increases players' exposure to the in-game marketing-probably under the notion that such increased exposure also increases the likelihood that players will buy stuff. Ubisoft abandoned solid gameplay design by removing "progression" and replacing it with a rock-paper-scissors grind and bullet-sponge enemies to make the game slower. But that's the insidious part: It's not 1:1.
